always a great quality of paddle. the actual product looks even better than the pictures. printing is clear and crisp and true to the design given. Kevlar service plays very well!

Initial communication was great that lead to place orders for various samples. However, despite of multiple detailed instructions along with a sample paddle from our side to replicate the design, they delivered a sample for only 1 paddle out of 3 different variances with no roughness, with variations in weight, stains on the paddles. discoloration of the paddle. Fully disappointed. We waited for a VERY LONG time to receive the sample and now after giving a 2nd chance, the communication is slow. There is no response until we follow up multiple times. No updates, nothing. This delay and negligence resulted in a ton of financial loss (as we waited to give orders for them and ran out of inventory for current sales). Bert is personally nice but they may not have enough experience and capacity to support brands for bigger orders. Very disappointed.
